We are currently recruiting Greenhouse Workers for a professional tomato greenhouse located in Örebro, offering stable, year-round employment under Swedish collective agreements (kollektivavtal).

Job Description
As a Greenhouse Worker – Tomato Production, you will be part of the daily operations in a modern, temperature-controlled greenhouse. Your main tasks include:
- Planting, seeding, and transplanting
- Picking and harvesting tomatoes
- Sorting, cleaning, and packing tomatoes
- Watering, trimming, and pruning plants
- Monitoring plant health and reporting issues
- General cleaning and maintenance inside the greenhouse
🕒 Working hours:
- 8 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
📅 Employment type:
- Full-time
- Year-round (not seasonal)
Requirements
We welcome applicants with or without previous greenhouse experience.
However, you should:
- Be physically fit for active, hands-on work
- Be comfortable working in warm or humid environments
- Be reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Basic Swedish is required. This position is suitable for candidates who have completed SFI or are currently studying Swedish.
- Have experience in greenhouse or farm work (preferred but not required)
Teamwork, attitude, and responsibility are highly valued.

Project Timeline & Start Date
This tomato greenhouse project is currently expanding its operations and will officially start full production in August.
To ensure a smooth start, we offer two different entry paths, depending on your experience:
✅ For candidates with previous greenhouse experience
If you already have experience working in greenhouses or horticulture,
you may start working directly from August, when the new greenhouse is fully operational.
✅ For candidates without greenhouse experience
If you do not have previous greenhouse experience, you will be offered the opportunity to:
- Start with practical training (internship/on-the-job training) in an existing greenhouse
- Learn the work routines, quality standards, and daily tasks
- Prepare yourself to transition into full employment in August
This approach allows motivated candidates without experience to gain practical skills and be fully ready when the new greenhouse opens.
