My name is Tao. I came to Sweden in 2017 with big dreams and a heart full of ambition. But starting over in a new country isn’t easy, especially when you have no network, no language, and no idea how the job market works.
After months of job searching and years of learning the language, I slowly but surely began to find my way. But what changed everything was the realization that I wasn’t alone. Many immigrants face the same frustration, the desire to contribute, but the lack of opportunities. And that’s where the idea for TM Connect was born.
