Can we get help if we only need staff for 3–4 weeks?

Absolutely! We also help with short-term staffing needs during the season. When you contact us, we review our network and see which candidates are available near your farm or greenhouse.

We’re flexible and help you get the right people in place quickly and smoothly, with contracts and administration taken care of.

Can you help arrange accommodation for the staff?

Yes, we have several flexible options for this. Ideally, accommodation is already available on the farm, but if not, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

We have staff with their own cars and can also help arrange carpooling, so employees can get to and from work each day. If the distance is too great, we can also help find and rent accommodation modules near the growing site, provided there is enough space and access to electricity and water.

This makes it easier to get the right people in place and keep the work running smoothly throughout the season.
