When I came to Sweden in 2017, I quickly gained a deep respect for the work done in agriculture and greenhouse farming. These are operations where a lot has to run smoothly every day — often under time pressure and with little room for error.
I also saw how much extra stress it creates when the season gets underway and the right people are not in place. When the harvest needs to come in or the workload in the greenhouse increases, there is little room for delays. That’s when you need people who are willing to work, can keep up with the pace and show up when they’re supposed to.
At the same time, I met many motivated people with a strong work ethic who simply lacked the right connections to get into the industry.
That’s why I started TM Connect.
We help farms and businesses that need reliable staff find people who are ready to work and contribute. For us, it’s not just about finding someone quickly — it’s about finding people who are right for the job and who you can rely on.
We also help with the practical side of things, so you can spend more time on the farm, the crops and the harvest and less time searching for staff.
For me, TM Connect comes down to one simple thing: having the right people in place when you need them most.

Mattias — why I believe in having the right people in the right place.
My name is Mattias, and my working life hasn’t always followed a straight path. I’ve worked in several different industries and learned how important it is for people to have the right conditions to do a good job.
Today, I work in the security field, where responsibility, attention to detail and trust are essential. Those are values I also bring with me to TM Connect.
What made me want to build TM Connect together with Tao was the desire to create something practical: helping businesses find reliable staff while giving people who want to work a real opportunity.
For me, it’s about responsibility, trust and keeping your word both to the businesses we support and the people we work with.
I want our customers to feel that they have someone they can call when the need arises — someone who listens, takes responsibility and works to find a solution that works in practice.
