That’s why we offer a fixed and transparent price: 24 000 SEK per recruitment. To start the assignment, we charge a start-up fee of 5 000 SEK. This covers our initial work with needs analysis, role profile, and search strategy to ensure we find the right match from the beginning, and it also serves as a mutual commitment. The remaining amount is invoiced only when you choose to move forward with a candidate.
There are no hidden costs. We believe in long-term partnerships. Feel free to get in touch, and we will find a solution that suits you.
We stand by your side even if things don’t go as planned.
If the candidate leaves within an agreed period, we offer a free replacement recruitment. The guarantee is clearly stated in the contract, but we are also attentive to your specific needs.

Yes, our collaboration is based on a clear and flexible agreement.
To start an assignment, we enter into a written agreement and charge a start-up fee of 5 000 SEK. After that, you have no further obligations unless you find a candidate you wish to move forward with.
We have no long binding periods or fixed monthly fees. You only pay the remaining amount when you decide to move forward with a candidate. This means you have full control over the process and can feel confident every step of the way.

Our recruitment process is designed to be both clear and efficient. It follows these steps:
- Application: You start by submitting your CV or profile to our email contact@tmconnect.se.
- First review: We review your application and assess your qualifications to ensure that your background meets the requirements for the current position.
- Interview: If your profile matches, we will invite you to an interview. This can be conducted via phone, video call, or in person, depending on the nature of the position and your preferences.
- Test and assessment (if needed): For certain positions, it may be necessary to conduct tests to better understand your technical skills or problem-solving abilities, especially if the role requires specific competencies.
- Offer: If you are a potential candidate, you will be invited to an interview with the respective company. Once you are approved by them, you will move forward and sign a contract directly with our client company. We ensure that both you and the company have a clear and secure agreement in place.
